Showcase Sharing & Rewards

Showcase lets you publish your bead work and earn credits when policy conditions are met.

How to Publish

You can publish from:

• Editor quick publish entry.
• Export dialog (Share to Showcase).
• Dashboard project actions.

Submission Flow

1. Preflight checks run before upload (auth, dedupe, limits).
2. If preflight passes, image upload + submission proceed.
3. Submission enters moderation workflow.

Where to Track Status

• Signed-in users can track submission status in My Submissions.
• Typical statuses include:
  • pending review
  • approved
  • rejected
  • reward hold
  • rewarded
  • reward reversed

Reward Rules (Default)

• Reward is moderation-gated.
• After approval, a default 24-hour hold applies before grant.
• Monthly reward cap applies (default: first 3 rewarded items per user per calendar month).
• For severe policy violations found after grant, rewards may be reversed.

Tips

• Use clear titles and clean pattern images to speed moderation.
• Avoid duplicate submissions of the same work.
• If a result is rejected, revise and resubmit with clearer output quality.
