When reporting a Pattern or palette issue, include the page URL, brand and color ID, the result you expected, and a screenshot if it helps explain the problem. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other secrets.

Community

For maker discussion and workflow questions, join the Beadify Discord community. Public community channels are not the right place for account, billing, or privacy information.

Data and legal requests

For privacy choices, read the Privacy Policy. Use email for requests involving personal data or account access so the request can be handled through the appropriate private channel.
