Keep a finished Image export
Save an optional library copy, then view or download it later
Open Image Assets and choose Exports to find finished Image exports you explicitly saved. Sources holds reusable input pictures. Both use the same Image Assets capacity.
Save a copy during Image Export
- In a Project, open Export and choose Image Export.
- Inspect the preview. At the final Export action, open the adjacent upward arrow to show Save this export to Image Assets. On touch screens, tap that arrow.
- Turn on the option if you want a library copy, then complete the export.
Result: the downloaded image is delivered, and an extra copy appears in Exports when saving was selected. The option is off by default and applies only to this export; downloading alone does not save an Image Asset.
Tip: previewing formats does not consume export allowance. The final Export action can require sign-in or an available allowance. See Export Options for formats and limits.
Reopen a saved image
Select its thumbnail, title, or View to inspect it. Use Download for another file copy. Open Project appears only if the saved export still has a real linked Project. Rename or Delete actions are available from the asset card where shown.
PDF, SVG, XLSX, and JSON are file exports; they do not create Image Asset cards. Deleting a saved Image Asset does not delete its Pattern or Project.

- Exports shows images you chose to keep during Image Export.
- View inspects the saved image; Download saves another file copy.
