Choose a Workbench source

Replace an image, reuse a saved Source, or import a Project backup

The left Source area shows the current image's name, thumbnail, and pixel dimensions. Open Compare in a Project to check a new source before it changes the applied Pattern.

The Source row sits above board and color settings.

  1. Choose a local replacement, a saved image, or a Project backup.

Replace an image

  1. In the left Source area, choose Replace and select an image from your device. Choose Library instead to use a signed-in Source Image Asset.
  2. Inspect the replacement preview in Compare.
  3. Confirm to use the new source, or cancel to keep the current source and applied Pattern.

Result: after confirmation, the Workbench uses the selected source. Choosing a Library image keeps its asset link while your account can access it; a normal local replacement removes the earlier Library link.

Tip: use Compare for Crop, Adjust, and other image preparation before editing beads. A preview alone does not replace the applied Pattern.

Restore a Project backup

Choose Import in the Source area to open a Beadify JSON backup. This restores a Project rather than adding a picture to Sources. To add a reusable image instead, use Image Assets.
