Set board and Pattern size

Match the bead grid to physical boards or choose Pro Exact dimensions

Open a Project in Pattern, then use the left Configuration area before changing its grid. A size choice stays pending until Update.

Check the physical board and grid size together.

  1. Brand and bead size determine compatible board choices and grid dimensions.

Fit a Pattern to boards

  1. Select Brand, then Palette / Size. Incompatible board types are disabled for the chosen bead size.
  2. In Boards, choose a board type and set Width and Height. These values count boards, not individual beads: one Mini 57 board yields a 57 × 57 grid.
  3. Check the displayed grid dimensions and physical coverage, then choose Update. Read any confirmation before replacing an edited Pattern.

Result: the updated Pattern fits the selected board arrangement. Beadify keeps the source image's proportions and leaves unmatched cells empty instead of stretching the picture.

Tip: more boards provide more cells for detail but also need more beads and more physical space. Physical coverage can include a partial board.

Choose an Exact grid

Exact lets Pro members set dimensions in beads instead of whole boards. Check the resulting coverage before updating. After Pro ends, an existing Exact-size Project remains viewable and manually editable; changing or regenerating its Exact frame, importing another Exact backup, sharing it to Showcase, and exporting it require Pro.
