Print or Save a PDF
Use PDF Pack for complete assembly instructions
PDF Pack prepares a cover, color usage, and Pattern instruction pages. Start with a finished Project in Dashboard.
Open the Print Flow
- Open the Project and apply any pending Pattern changes.
- Click Export in the Workbench header and select PDF Pack.
- Use Cover and Colors for a summary, then open Pattern pages. Use the page arrows to inspect each complete instruction page, especially for multi-board or Exact-size designs. Check any clipping warning.
- Click the final Export. In your browser print window, print the pages or choose Save as PDF as the destination.
A Pro Project example: inspect each Pattern page here, then use Export to enter the browser print flow.
- Pattern pages shows complete instruction pages; arrows below switch between them.
- This Export opens the browser print flow after the export is counted.
PDF does not start a normal file download or confirm that you saved a PDF. One export is counted just before the browser print window opens, even if you cancel it afterward. Save the file from that window if you need a PDF.
Check Physical Size
Use the bead size you will build with: Mini 2.6 mm or Midi 5 mm. In the browser print window choose 100% / Actual size, and turn off Fit to page or extra printer scaling. First print one Pattern instruction page, then measure ten grid intervals between eleven grid lines. They should span 26 mm for Mini or 50 mm for Midi in both directions. Adjust scaling and test again if they do not. The cover is an overview, not a full-size placement template.
An Exact Pattern larger than one instruction page remains complete across pages; page divisions are not physical boards. At 5 mm, a page holds up to 32 × 32 cells; at 2.6 mm, up to 64 × 64. Choose Board layout before export when you need sections tied to a fixed board template.
