Plan beads with Pattern and Inventory worksheets

XLSX Workbook is for spreadsheet-based material planning. Start with an applied Project in Dashboard.

Make the Workbook

  1. Open the Project in the Workbench and apply pending Pattern changes.
  2. Click Export in the header and select XLSX Workbook.
  3. Switch between Pattern and Inventory in the preview. Use Fit, zoom, or scroll to inspect the complete Pattern grid. These preview controls do not change the workbook.
  4. Click the final Export to download the XLSX file.

A Pro Project example: Pattern previews the full bead grid; Fit and zoom change only this view.

  1. Switch between the Pattern grid and the separate Inventory sheet.

The same Pro Project's Inventory tab lists each used color and its bead count.

  1. Inventory columns show Color, ID, Name, Hex, and Count.

The downloaded Pattern sheet contains the complete original grid rather than a downsampled picture. Inventory lists each used color, product ID, name, hex value, and count. On a narrow screen, scroll the Inventory preview horizontally to reach the Count column.

Open the downloaded workbook in your spreadsheet app and check sheet layout before printing or editing. Image Export's raster resolution does not apply; XLSX is a file and does not save to Image Assets.
