Check Sync Status
Read the cloud icon before relying on another device
The cloud icon in Crafting shows whether your current Project and Crafting progress are ready on your account. Open a Project from Dashboard, enter Crafting, and open the icon.
For a Project not yet in the cloud, choose Sync Project and Crafting from this menu first, even on Pro or Lifetime. Wait for Up to date before switching devices. Later changes follow your plan's sync mode.
Read the Menu
- Manual means Free syncs when you choose Sync now.
- Automatic means Pro or Lifetime syncs current changes for you.
- Up to date means the current changes have synced.
- Changes not synced means there are local edits to send. On Free, choose Sync now and wait for the state to change.
- Syncing… means a sync is in progress. Keep the page available until it finishes.
- Offline · Changes queued means this device cannot complete cloud sync yet. Keep your local copy, reconnect, and check the status again.
In this Pro example, the current Project and Crafting changes are up to date.

Queued changes are not yet ready on another device. Reconnect and wait for Up to date.
- Offline changes are queued on this device.
The menu also shows Project cloud usage as used / limit. Sign-in, retry, and conflict actions appear when relevant. The short tooltip only summarizes the mode and state, so open the menu for the full picture.
Do not assume a change is available on another device while you see Changes not synced, Syncing…, Offline · Changes queued, or a conflict. Continue on another device after the menu reads Up to date. If asked to choose between copies, use conflict help.
