Beadify User Guide

Beadify turns an image into a bead Pattern you can edit, export, and follow while placing real beads. Start with an image, or open a saved Project from Dashboard. Compare, Pattern, and Crafting are three modes of the same Project; switch between them above the canvas whenever your task changes.

Start and work on a Pattern

1. Choose an image on the homepage or a saved Source, then select Open Workbench. Preview Export can show a result before creating a Project.
2. Use Compare to crop or adjust the source and confirm the draft Pattern.
3. Use Pattern to draw, erase, replace colors, or undo bead edits. Use Crafting to mark beads as you assemble the physical design.
4. Open Export Options when the applied Pattern is ready for a file.

These tasks need not happen in a fixed order. A pending Compare draft or sidebar setting is not included in an export until you apply it.

Prefer to draw your own design? Choose Blank pattern in Dashboard to create an empty grid with your palette and size, then start in Pattern. See Draw a pattern from scratch.

Choose a Workbench guide

• Workbench overview: open a Project and choose a mode.
• Shared controls: see how left setup and right Info relate.
• Source: replace an image or import a JSON backup.
• Board and size: match the grid to physical boards.
• Colors and Update: use All or owned color types from Stash, then apply the change.
• Pattern information: check required beads, color details, and readiness.

Find work and finish

Dashboard continues a recent Project. All Patterns searches the full bead Project library; Folders groups Projects; Image Assets holds reusable Sources and optional saved Image exports; Inventory records owned color types, not physical bead quantities.
