Sync the current Project before switching screens

Sign in to the same Beadify account on both devices. Cloud Sync carries the current Project and its separate Crafting checklist; guests keep Crafting progress on one device only.

Before You Switch

  1. On the first device, save or apply your latest Pattern changes.
  2. Open Crafting and the cloud icon. If the Project is not yet in the cloud, choose Sync Project and Crafting first. For later changes, Free uses Sync now; Pro and Lifetime sync automatically.
  3. Wait for Up to date. If you see Offline · Changes queued, unsynced changes, or an error, keep this device's local copy and use the menu's retry action when available.
  4. On the second device, sign in to the same account. Open the original Project from Dashboard, and check its Pattern and Crafting progress before editing. If you were already viewing an older copy, return to Dashboard. It checks for cloud changes on entry; you can also choose Sync now to check again, even when this device has no local edits. Once the check finishes, reopen the original Project.

You should see the current Project and its current Crafting checklist. Project folders and assignments also follow your signed-in account. Cloud Sync is current-state continuity, so a separate JSON Backup is useful when you want an independent Pattern file.

Avoid editing the same Project in two tabs or devices at once. If both copies changed, inspect and resolve the conflict before deleting anything.
